I am ready and focused
I wonder if I can go there
I hear an alien transmission
I see civilization on mars
I want to see them
I am ready and focused

I pretend they are there
I feel the Martians home
I touch the end of space
I worry if it's all over
I cry if it was
I am ready and focused

I understand they don't want me to see them
I say they look down at us
I dream of them coming down to us
